The dirty approach to the crossing was "repaired" with pallets
Recall that at the very beginning of April, in the public "Improvement of Kirov" in the social network "In Contact", Kirov residents were outraged by the condition of the sidewalks on Melichnaya Street near the intersection with Borodulin Street. "How should pedestrians move? On the lawn? They fenced off the roadway from the exit along the sidewalk, and then... They didn't do anything! And then dirt and dirty shoes! At least fill it with crumbs or gravel, do not mock the residents of the city!", wrote the outraged Kirov residents.
The photos that were published in the message show that pedestrians are offered to literally knead the mud with their feet: the asphalt surface "rests" against a gray fence. And to get to the pedestrian crossing, people need to overcome several meters of "dirty porridge", which is impossible to walk through without soiling their shoes up to their ankles.
Today, on April 22, photos of the "landscaping" of this section of the pedestrian zone appeared in the same public: several meters of "dirty porridge" were covered with wooden pallets, on which pedestrians are invited to move. The locals were not satisfied with such a "repair", and they again asked about the timing of the improvement of this section of the sidewalk. "It's very inconvenient to walk on pallets! Can we at least fill this area with gravel?", - Kirov residents are indignant.
It should be noted that Kirov Improvement responded to the previous complaint from Kirov residents that "the repair of the pedestrian crossing on this site is planned for 2025-2026." In today's comment to the post, the official response stated that work on the construction of the approach to the pedestrian crossing is planned to be completed "during the road construction season of 2025."
