      In March, residents of the Kirov region issued 259 preferential mortgage loans in the amount of 1.21 billion rubles. Compared to February, the figures decreased: then 287 such loans were issued in the amount of 1.3 billion rubles.

      The average loan amount increased from 4.52 million to 4.66 million rubles. The loan term also increased slightly: from 312 to 317 months, which is just over 26 years.

      Preferential mortgages still occupy a significant part of the region's housing lending market. It accounts for 66% of all loans issued in number and 86% in volume, according to the United Credit Bureau.
