In Kirov, an unpleasant incident occurred on bus route No. 54: a young man sprayed pepper spray into the passenger compartment through an open window. You can read more about the situation, as well as watch a video of the incident here.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kirov region, the identities of the participants in the incident have been established. An inspection is currently underway, and a procedural decision will be made based on its results. At the same time, UK investigators also became interested in the situation. The Investigative Department for the Oktyabrsky district of the city of Kirov of the SU IC of Russia for the Kirov region has organized a pre-investigation check on this fact under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism).
At the moment, the investigator is establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
