In the Sloboda district, the owner of an agricultural land plot has been held accountable for improper use of the land. The organization has been fined for the fact that its site is overgrown with weeds and shrubs.
The fact of the violation was revealed by Rosselkhoznadzor employees. On April 1, the agency conducted an unscheduled inspection visit to a land plot owned by Profstroy Precast Concrete Plant LLC. The total land area is 36.3 hectares. During the inspection, the inspectors found that a significant part of the land (7.9 hectares) was not used for its intended purpose and was overgrown with weeds and woody and shrubby vegetation. The organization has issued an order to eliminate violations.
Since the violations were not eliminated on time, the Rosselkhoznadzor brought the organization to administrative responsibility. On April 17, she was fined 200,000 rubles.
