      A resident of the Nagorsky district did not fulfill her loan obligations and accumulated debts of more than 150 thousand rubles. She did not take any independent measures to repay the debt, and she did not live in the territory of the Nagorsky district.

      The bailiffs clarified that after the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the woman changed her last name. In the course of performing executive actions, requests to the accounting and registration authorities have been updated. It follows from their answers that a local resident owns an apartment in one of the Kirov city districts. In this regard, the staff of the enforcement authority issued a decree banning registration actions in relation to real estate.

      The debtor contacted the bailiffs herself and paid the debt in full, along with the penalty fee, when she received a notice of prohibition from the State Services.
