Residents of the Kirov region can hold community meetings online

      The State Housing Inspectorate of the Kirov region says that it has now become easier to hold general meetings of apartment building owners. Voting can be conducted online, in the form of absentee voting, using the state information system for housing and Communal Services (GIS Housing and communal services) and the Gosuslugi Dom mobile application created on its basis.

      — Now a tab has been added to the updated GIS Housing and Communal Services website, which describes in detail and in an accessible way the principles and procedure for organizing general meetings of owners. A separate landing page has also been launched, which contains basic information on the organization and conduct of the OCC in an online format, according to the State Housing Inspectorate of the Kirov Region.

      On the website, you can find out how to organize a meeting in the house through GIS housing and communal services, how to send an appeal from the owner to hold a meeting, how to vote at a general meeting, how to independently organize online voting, and how to draft a collective application for proposals on the agenda of the meeting.

      In addition, informing notifications about the holding of general house meetings online will be sent to the personal accounts of citizens on the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services and information messages to the personal accounts of the Gosuslugi Dom mobile application.
