Finishing works are being completed at the new school on Rudnitsky Street

      Mikhail Skokov, Minister of Construction of the Kirov Region, and representatives of the Unified Customer Service visited the school's construction site on Rudnitsky St. in Kirov. The school is being built as part of the national project "Youth and Children" and is designed for 1,100 students.

      As of today, the facility is 75% ready. The contractor completes the finishing and installation of communications, conducts landscaping.

      — The school is scheduled to be commissioned in July. There is a positive conclusion issued by the Department of State Expertise and Pricing in Construction of the Kirov region, both on the technical side and on the reliable estimated cost," Mikhail Skokov said.

      We should add that in 2024, two schools with a total capacity of 2,600 places were built in Kirov (a school for 1,100 students on Mostovitskaya Street and a school for 1,500 students in the Urvantsevo microdistrict).

      Construction of 7 more educational institutions for more than 8,000 places is currently underway in Kirov. Of these, 6 schools are being built within the framework of the national project "Youth and Children", 1 school (in the Village of Kurochkiny) is being built at the expense of the regional budget.
