Earlier, the commission of the Kirov department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia considered the case of advertising placed on one of the structures in Kirov, the advertiser was a car dealership. The advertisement talked about a loan, among other things.
The violation consisted in the fact that the mandatory information about the ranges of the full cost of the loan was indicated after the information about interest rates, and even in a smaller font. This is contrary to the requirements of the Law on Advertising.
As a result, the advertisement was deemed inappropriate. Responsibility for such violations is provided for in Part 1 of Article 14.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Given the circumstances of the case, they decided to replace the administrative fine for the guilty official with a warning.
