Almost 60,000 residents of the Kirov region solve housing and communal services issues via smartphone

      The State Housing Inspectorate of the Kirov region says that 59,839 residents of the region have already used the Gosuslugi Dom application. Now it is available not only for apartment owners, but also for owners of individual houses.

      The Gosuslugi Dom application helps to solve all housing and communal services issues via a smartphone. Through the application, you can:

      - transmit meter readings;

      - pay utility bills, keep track of your expense history in one place;

      - send applications to the managing organization and receive a prompt response;

      - participate in community meetings online;

      - receive news from the managing organization;

      - monitor the schedule of major repairs;

      - check whether all services are provided by the managing organization;

      - send appeals to the GJI.

      — Gosuslugi Dom, a new mobile application for solving issues in the housing and communal services sector, has been operating in the Kirov Region since September 2023. It is very easy to leave requests to the Management Committee in the application. The managing organization is obliged to provide an answer through the applications. If the work is not completed after the application is submitted, you can also send a complaint to the State Housing Inspectorate of the Kirov region through the application. We will definitely take measures," says Alyona Dudnikova, head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Kirov region.
