      Based on an appeal from one of the employees, the prosecutor's office initiated an audit that confirmed the violations. In this regard, the prosecutor submitted a submission to the head of the organization on the need to eliminate violations.

      In addition, the prosecutor's office opened an administrative case against an official who violated the labor rights of employees under Article 5.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. As a result of the consideration of the case, the head of the enterprise was fined 10,000 rubles.

      In order to eliminate violations, all employees received additional wages in the amount of 66 thousand rubles.
