Kirov resident illegally organized gambling in five shops and cafes

      Earlier it was reported that a 40-year-old resident of Kirov is suspected of illegally organizing and conducting gambling. A criminal case was opened against him on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 171.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The man was gambling in a convenience store on Ukrainskaya Street.

      During the investigation of the criminal case, UK investigators, together with employees of the OEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Kirov, established 5 more episodes of illegal activity of the suspect. So, from January to December last year, a resident of Kirov organized gambling using slot machines in convenience stores and cafes on Rimma Yurovskaya, Komsomolskaya, Militia and Production streets. At the moment, the necessary investigative actions are underway to collect and consolidate evidence, as well as to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
