In Kirov, a Mercedes Benz, a room and a share in an apartment were seized from debtors

      Since the beginning of the year, in 2 months in the Kirov region, employees of the main directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service, together with specialists from the Kirov branch of Energosbyt Plus, have conducted 21 raids on large debtors for utilities. As a result, household appliances, a Mercedes Benz car, a room and 1/2 share of the apartment were seized from the debtors. It is worth noting that non-payers have 20 days to repay the debt. If they do not pay off in the near future, the property will be sold, and the money will be used to repay the debt.

      Also, during the raids, the specialists of the energy company revealed 2 cases of illegal electricity connection. Acts were drawn up against the violators, and the perpetrators were brought to administrative responsibility. All these events are part of the "Attention! Debtor", aimed at improving payment discipline.

      In addition, at the end of February, bailiffs together with power engineers conducted a raid on 4 Proezzhaya Street in Kirov. The "Traffic Bailiff" complex was installed near the gas station. It allows you to identify citizens in relation to whom enforcement proceedings have been initiated in the Federal Bailiff Service in the traffic by car number. The company's press service recalled that the raids are conducted on the basis of Article 64 of Federal Law No. 229 "On Enforcement Proceedings".
