A new head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been appointed in Kirov

      Police Major General Konstantin Selyanin introduced Police Colonel Alexei Berdinsky as the new head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Kirov. The event was attended by the head of Kirov, Elena Kovaleva, representatives of federal executive authorities and members of the public Council at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Kirov.

      Prior to his appointment, Alexey Berdinsky held the position of head of the Police Department No. 1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Kirov. His service in the internal affairs bodies began in 2006 in the Department of Internal Affairs of the Pervomaisky district of Kirov. Over the years, Berdinsky has held various positions in the departments of district police officers, the criminal investigation Department and the Center for countering Extremism. From 2017 to 2020, he was Deputy head of the inter-municipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Kotelnichsky".
