Kirov officials remove roofs

      According to the Kirov City Hall, due to the warming and the last snowfall in Kirov, work has been intensified to clear roofs of snow and ice. First of all, attention is paid to houses with pitched roofs located above pedestrian areas.

      Today, on March 10, officials identified a number of houses on Orlovskaya Street, on the roofs of which snow overhangs and ice were found. All violations were recorded.

      The city administration noted that management organizations are required to take timely measures to remove snow and ice from roofs. Dangerous places should be fenced off with a warning tape. Instructions are sent to the CC who do not carry out this work. If there is no reaction and the snow has not been removed, then administrative measures are applied.

      Since the beginning of this year, the Criminal Code has issued more than 360 prescriptions. In the vast majority, after the signal, "control" eliminates the violation. The decision to impose fines against the Criminal Code was issued 20 times.
