IP from Slobodsky fined for strange ghee
In February of this year, the Department conducted an unscheduled check of the documents of one of the sole proprietors of the city of Slobodsky, which carries out activities for the production (packaging) of butter and ghee in the village of Zonikha.
During the inspection, it was established that according to the Mercury system, on January 2 of this year, the entrepreneur executed a transaction according to which he produced 200 kg of ghee from 20 kg of butter, which is not enough to produce this volume of products. Also, such an amount of "source material" does not make it possible to ensure the traceability of raw materials in the production of these products and does not allow to confirm its safety in veterinary and sanitary terms and the epizootic well-being of its places of release. All the oil produced by the IP was sold to a warehouse in the city of Kirov.
These facts indicate a violation of the requirements of the Federal Laws "On Veterinary Medicine", "On the quality and safety of food products", Veterinary rules for the organization of work on the registration of veterinary accompanying documents, the procedure for registration of veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form and the procedure for registration of veterinary accompanying documents on paper, technical regulations of the Customs Union "On food safety""On the safety of milk and dairy products," the ministry said.
At the end of February, the sole proprietor disposed of 140 kg of ghee withdrawn from circulation, and later he was fined for violating veterinary legislation.
