On April 9, the Kirov authorities will hold an auction for the sale of a three-story administrative building at 31A Trade Union Street. It goes along with the land plot. The area is 567 and 1,802 square meters, respectively.
Officials want to receive 28,860,600 rubles for the building and land. The building was built in 1952. The type of permitted use of the site is public administration.
