Russia plans to introduce a new teacher remuneration system
Russian teachers are expected to switch to a new wage system, which will be completed by 2027. According to Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko in the State Duma, the approval of a new system being developed by the government in order to eliminate existing wage imbalances is scheduled for 2026. This is reported by "Газета.ги ".
Key ministries are involved in this work.: The Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education and Science. The new system, based on the results of pilot projects, will be implemented in all educational institutions in the country starting in 2027.
