Kurdyumov at the Ministry of Sports discussed the instructions of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Government
Yesterday, on March 4, in Moscow, on behalf of the governor, First Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kurdyumov held several important meetings with the heads of federal ministries. For example, the Ministry of Sports discussed the instructions of Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation, on the construction of a modern sports complex for rhythmic gymnastics, wrestling and boxing. The Federal Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the celebration of the 650th anniversary of Kirov, as a matter of priority, was instructed to include this sports complex in Kirov in the Register of Capital Construction Facilities, within the framework of the federal budget funds provided for by the Ministry of Sports of Russia. The government of the Kirov region noted that the region has already developed design and estimate documentation.
As Kurdyumov said, together with Sports Minister Sergei Sulik, they presented newly built new facilities in Kirov. The implementation of the construction of the sports complex was evaluated by Deputy Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Mher Miranovich Gandilian. In addition, the implementation of a pilot project to create modular pools was discussed. One of them will appear this year in Vyatka Polyany, the government's press service added.
Another topic discussed at the meeting was the holding of a strategic session to create a concept for the implementation of the interuniversity campus in Kirov. Kurdmyov discussed this issue with Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Ayrat Gatiyatov. Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko instructed to hold an off-site strategic session in Kirov, and, according to Kurdyumov, the region is actively preparing for its holding. At the installation session with the participation of government and business, the main directions of the upcoming work with the application for the construction of the campus were identified. According to Kurdyumov, with Ayrat Rinatovich, they discussed possible models of financing and management of the campus, as well as points that could strengthen the application, and plans for an on-site strategic session.
