Kirov activist asks Bastrykin to intervene in the situation with the overhaul in the region
Kirov activist Valery Semenishchev posted a post on VKontakte addressed to the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin. In his appeal, he asks to intervene in the situation with substandard major repairs in the Kirov region, giving a specific address — Oktyabrsky Prospekt, 46.
Semenishchev emphasizes that he has been holding single pickets for several years now, trying to draw attention to the problems of residents. "There are results from the pickets, we have heard them more than once. Over the past few years, such positive results have accumulated," he writes. However, the activist admits that this method, although it bears certain fruits, is "wrong", but forced due to the lack of other options.
The author of the post talks about the negative consequences of poor-quality repairs for ordinary residents: the appearance of mold, leaks, freezing locks in the entrances. He gives examples when the living conditions of the elderly and families with children deteriorate after major repairs.
Semenishchev accuses the regional government of inaction and ignoring the problems of thousands of residents affected by poor-quality repairs over the past two and a half years. He wonders if the local government considers these people its citizens.
"The regional government is now trying not to hear, but in fact it does not want to hear those thousands of people who have had real problems with the overhaul over the past two and a half years," Semenishchev writes.
At the end of his appeal, the Kirov activist directly asks Alexander Bastrykin to help solve the problem of capital repairs in the Kirov region.
