A sole proprietor from Kirov sold shawarma with unknown and unaccounted for meat

      In February, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kirov region conducted a control and supervisory event - an on—site inspection of a catering company located on Gorky Street.

      According to the agency, it was found that in the cafe under investigation, an individual entrepreneur manufactures and sells shawarma and burgers without registering in the traceability system of livestock products. There is no cafe as a supervised facility in the Cerberus component of the FGIS VetIS, therefore it is impossible to trace the origin of products and raw materials, their veterinary and sanitary condition, and the epizootic well-being of the territories of origin of products in the Mercury component.

      All this, as noted in the department, violates the requirements of veterinary legislation.

      At the end of February, the Department issued a warning to the entrepreneur about the inadmissibility of violations of the requirements of current veterinary legislation.
