On the eve of March 8, SuperJob conducted a survey among working men in Kirov to find out their plans for congratulating female colleagues. The results showed that 69%, or 7 out of 10 men, plan to congratulate.
Gifts and/or flowers have become the most popular way to express congratulations — every second company plans to give them. 27% of respondents stated their intention to set a festive table in the office, and 29% are preparing to deliver a solemn speech.
Interestingly, the choice of greeting format depends on the age of the men. For example, men over the age of 45 are more likely to set tables and say congratulations, while men aged 35-44 are more likely to choose flowers and gifts.
It also turned out that income level influences the choice of greeting form. The higher a man's income, the more often he is ready to set the festive table and please his female colleagues with gifts.
