      The survey, which covered more than 38,000 employees and job seekers between December 28, 2024 and January 20, 2025, showed that the majority of respondents (78%) are confident in their position at work and do not see a threat of dismissal at the initiative of the employer.

      Despite the overall positive trend, concerns remain in certain age and professional groups. Thus, workers over the age of 55 (20.6%) experience the greatest fear of losing their jobs, although the situation in this category has improved compared to the end of 2024. The risks have increased among applicants aged 25-34 — today 15.6% of them feel the threat of dismissal.

      Among the professional fields, marketers and advertising specialists (22%), HR managers (20.2%) and IT specialists (20.1%) feel the most vulnerable. At the same time, the greatest confidence in employment stability is observed among representatives of the fields of "Sports, beauty salons" (85.1%), "Strategy, investment, consulting" (82.6%) and "Medicine, pharmacy" (81%).
