An additional education institution will be opened in Urvantsevo

      As part of the agreement on the integrated development of the territory in the Urvantsevo microdistrict, it is planned to build an additional education institution.

      The city administration has adopted a resolution on the construction of a 10-storey apartment building. It is planned to place an additional education institution on the ground floor, such as a children's art school, stations for young technicians, tourists or naturalists, designed for 204 places.

      According to the terms of the agreement, the developer will be obliged to transfer the social facilities to the ownership of the municipality. The right to conclude a contract for the construction of a land plot under the CRT will be put up for electronic auction. The project implementation period is six years from the date of signing the contract.
