The vaccine is currently being distributed among medical institutions in the region. This season, it is planned to vaccinate more than 426,000 residents of the Kirov region against the flu, including about 84,000 children.
Priority groups for vaccination have been identified. First and foremost, these are people who, due to their profession, are at increased risk of contracting and transmitting the virus to others. This includes medical, educational, and social workers, employees in trade, transport, housing and communal services, and multifunctional centers, as well as shift workers.
Vaccinations can be done at the clinic at the place of residence. In addition, mobile medical teams will conduct vaccinations in kindergartens, schools, and enterprises.
To organize on-site vaccination at an enterprise, it is necessary to contact the nearest clinic, specify the number of employees to be vaccinated, and agree on the date and time of the medical team's arrival.
Additionally, starting September 7, a mobile vaccination point will begin operating in Theater Square in Kirov. It will accept residents on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
