An enforcement order has been received by the bailiff department No. 2 for the Leninsky district of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Kirov region. The document mandates the placement of a citizen in the KOGBUZ "Regional Clinical Tuberculosis Dispensary" for treatment in a non-voluntary manner. The hospitalization period, as determined by the court, is 6 months.
The agency's employees have established the whereabouts of the individual mentioned in the document. Transportation to the medical facility was carried out using specialized transport. Personal protective equipment was used during contact with the patient. The man is currently in the care of doctors.
The press service of the regional administration reminded that forced hospitalization is used to prevent the spread of infection. Tuberculosis poses a danger not only to the infected individual but also to those around them. Since January of this year, a total of 6 residents have been sent to medical organizations in the region based on similar enforcement documents.
