In Kirov, five houses have been included in the list for major repairs in 2026.

      The Kirov administration has made changes to the list of apartment buildings where major repairs are scheduled for 2026. Five buildings have been added to the list.

      The work is planned at the following addresses:

      Koltseva St., 24 — roof, basement, and foundation;

      Makarenko St., 11 — roof, facade, basement, and foundation;

      Maklina St., 46 — roof, facade, and foundation;

      Naberezhnaya Grina St., 1 — roof, facade, basement, and foundation;

      Pishchevarki St., 9a — roof and foundation.

      These are buildings whose owners have not independently decided to carry out major repairs of the common property in 2026.

      The Kirov administration's resolution was adopted following a request from the regional Capital Repair Fund. It supplements the previously approved list of buildings where work is planned for this year.
