      From January 1 to September 1, 2026, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration in the Kirov Region identified cases of false declaration of 78.5 thousand tons of grain. Following the inspections, the agency issued 55 warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.

      One of the latest cases was identified by specialists on August 31. It concerns 1.2 thousand tons of rye belonging to the collective farm "Giant" from the Malmyzhsky District.

      The specialists verified the information about the grain through the registry of compliance declarations on the Rosaccreditation website. It turned out that the rye intended for food purposes did not pass the necessary conformity assessment procedures required by the technical regulation of the Customs Union "On the Safety of Grain."

      Regarding the collective farm "Giant," Rosselkhoznadzor issued a warning. In addition, the agency decided to suspend the validity of the compliance declaration for this product.

      Rosselkhoznadzor notes that the identification of inaccurately declared products is also carried out through the analysis of information posted in state information registries.
