A new theater season starts in Kirov: premieres, anniversaries, and tours

      The puppet theater will open the season on September 5 at 11:00. On the first day, they will show the premieres from the last season — "Aladdin" (6+) and "The Hen Ryaba" (3+). In September, audiences can look forward to two new productions: "The Wise Ruddock" (12+) (director from St. Petersburg R. Furshteyn, artist from Moscow I. Khmaruk) and "Brave Goats Ingvar" (director — the theater's chief director E. Gordeeva, artist — A. Krivosheeva). Tickets are available at the box office and online, and the "Pushkin Card" is valid.

      The drama theater is celebrating its 150th anniversary this season. The grand opening will take place on September 11, 12, and 13 — a jubilee evening featuring the entire troupe (12+). On September 18 and 19, the premiere of the play "Charlotte's Show" directed by Igor and Platon Lysov will take place. From September 23 to 25, the main stage will host the Grand Tour of the Moscow Academic Satire Theater: a comedy, a detective story, and an original fairy tale.

      "Theater on Spasskaya" has opened its 91st season. The September program includes premieres from the last season: "Dear Elena Sergeyevna" (16+), "The Idiot" (16+), and "Peer Gynt" (16+). Those who missed "The Tale of the Dead Princess and the Seven Heroes" (6+) in June will have a chance to see it in September. Also in the repertoire is the hit play "Red. Honest. In Love" (6+), highly praised at the "Golden Mask," and chamber productions, including "Vyatka Tales," which are traditionally hard to get tickets for.

      In October, the theater will present another premiere — "The Jungle Book" directed by Natalia Krasilnikova. Artist Olga Pavlovich has already shown sketches — bright, with Indian motifs, exotic costumes, and textures that should transform the stage into a real thicket. Rehearsals are already underway, and the actors are mastering the "language of the jungle" — movement, rhythm, breath. Premiere performances are scheduled for October 9–11 and 24.
