Nikita Pavlov is the general director and sole founder of the Financial Corporation "Business and Money" — a company that acted as an investor in construction projects and sold real estate through the agency of the same name.
As previously reported by Newsler.ru, several individuals have already been detained during the investigative actions, including the founder of the developer of the residential complex "Legend," Anton Chistopashin, and the leaders of the cooperative. Some of them have been placed under arrest until October 2026.
At the same time, the Bank of Russia has filed a lawsuit in the arbitration court to declare one of the legal entities associated with the cooperative bankrupt. A hearing regarding another company within the structure of "Business and Money" is expected. Depositors of the cooperative "Business and Money" met with the authorities. "Business and Money": Interpol has taken up Pavlov, and the Bank of Russia has approached the court.
