      According to the agency, the defendants are individual entrepreneur Tatarinov and the LLC "Yuryansk Forest Nursery," which operate in the village of Morzhany in the Yuryansk district. It has been established that groundwater was extracted without a license. The individual entrepreneur used wells for fish farming, while the LLC used them for irrigating seedlings. A total of four wells were identified on the territory of the forest nursery. The regional Ministry of Environmental Protection reported that the inspection was prompted by a complaint from a local resident. For the identified violations, the individual entrepreneur was fined 40,000 rubles, and the LLC was fined 30,000 rubles. The ministry is now asking the court to suspend groundwater extraction until the necessary licenses are obtained.
