A cultural heritage site has been registered in the region - the grave of a Red Army soldier.
In the Kirov region, bailiffs completed the enforcement proceedings for the registration of a cultural heritage site — the grave of Red Army soldier A. Irtegova, a worker of the Putilov factory, who died while performing combat tasks. This was reported by the Department of Enforcement Proceedings for the Kirov region of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia.
Earlier, the administration of the Rybnaya-Vatazhskoye rural settlement in the Kilmizsky district was obliged to register the ownership rights to the aforementioned grave. The bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings and warned officials about the possible consequences of failing to comply with legal requirements.
Meanwhile, the administration faced difficulties in locating the exact burial site. They sought assistance from specialists, and the court granted a deferment. After some time, the necessary documents were gathered, and the grave of the Red Army soldier was registered in the cadastre. After that, the enforcement proceedings were concluded.
