The Kirov management companies that are better and worse prepared for winter have been named.

      Specialists from the Kirov branch of "Energosbyt Plus" assessed the readiness for the heating season of 3,423 out of 4,276 residential buildings in Kirov, Kirovo-Chepetsk, and Slobodsky. The managing organizations reported on the completion of necessary activities for these buildings. After the work is carried out, specialists check the quality and document any identified shortcomings. Currently, managing companies have less than a month to address the issues, complete the preparation of the buildings, and submit the necessary documents to the city administration commissions. The company noted that quality preparation of homes for winter should ensure the comfort of residents and help reduce overall heat consumption. In Kirov, among the managing organizations that are responsibly approaching the preparation of homes this year, the company mentioned "Dobrodom," "Krona," "Management of Houses," "Yakhont," and "Druzhna." In Kirovo-Chepetsk — "Novograd," "Chepetskaya," "Boyevskaya," and "Alternative." In Slobodsky, "Sever," "Clean Yard," and "Upravdom" were positively noted. At the same time, specialists identified a significant number of comments and shortcomings in several Kirov managing companies, including "Plan," "Rodnaya," and "New City."
