The 4-kilometer road Zlobino — Pulp Mill is set to be repaired for 365 million.
According to the state procurement website, the authorities are looking for a contractor to carry out the major repair of the Zlobino — Bumkombinat road in the Kirovo-Chepetsky district. The length of the project is 4.05 kilometers. The initial contract price is 365.8 million rubles, and no advance payment is provided. Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until August 31, 2026. The work must be completed by the end of June 2027.
It is noted that the documentation on the state procurement website specifies two sources of funding: the budget of the Kirov region and the budget of the Kirovo-Chepetsky district for 2027. Earlier, when the deputies of the Legislative Assembly adopted the latest amendments to the budget, the explanatory note to the bill stated that the work would be carried out as part of a social partnership: 74% of the funds (or 271.5 million rubles) will be provided by the region, and 25% by JSC "KS-Ceramic." If this agreement remains in force, it can be assumed that the enterprise has transferred the necessary amount to the municipality.
