Previously deceived shareholders in the Kirov region received housing or monetary compensation. The properties for which payments were made have been transferred to the ownership of the federal Fund for the Development of Territories. Currently, representatives of the Fund are making decisions on each property and conducting auctions for the sale of unfinished buildings to developers for completion of the work.
As of today, August 14, 12 properties on Proyezdnaya Street have been put up for auction in Kirov. A contractor has already been found for two houses on Bereznikovsky Lane, and they are ready to start work in 2026. The property on Michurinskaya is being prepared for auction.
Regarding the residential complex "Voznesensky" on Lenin Street, the government of the Kirov region plans to buy it from the Fund. In the future, the residential complex will be completed through the mechanism of integrated territory development.
