The full list of participants in the Duma elections is as follows: "United Russia," CPRF, LDPR, "New People," "Fair Russia," "Apple," "Party of Pensioners," "Communists of Russia," "Rodina," "Party of Direct Democracy," and "Greens" - a total of 11 parties (there were 14 in the previous elections).
The lists contain 3106 names. Thus, the competition for each of the 225 seats in the State Duma, which are distributed by lists, will be almost 14 people per seat.
The Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Nikolai Bulaev, noted that checks are currently ongoing, which may reveal deficiencies in the candidates' documents, reports "Russian Gazette."
