According to the police, the boy's mother was at home but left the child unattended in a room with an open window. The toddler was able to climb onto the windowsill, go out onto the external ledge, and fell down. Fortunately, witnesses noticed what was happening. They managed to stretch out a blanket and catch the child. Arriving medics found no injuries or other damage to the boy. His life and health are not in danger.
