Let us remind you that the authorities of the Kirov region have repeatedly attempted to sell five unfinished properties in the village of Shutovshchina in the Kirovo-Chepetsk district. They are in regional ownership and are located at Begovaya, 5 and 5A, Polyanskaya, 4, 6, and 8. The area of the properties is 4.5-4.6 thousand square meters, with the plots underneath them ranging from 5.1 to 6.9 thousand square meters.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Property Relations reported that by 2026, no buyers had been found, so the properties will be included in the privatization program for 2027-2029. The value of the unfinished buildings on Polyanskaya is 67.4, 46.8, and 23.8 million rubles, and on Begovaya, 45.6 and 51.4 million rubles respectively, totaling 235 million rubles.
It should be noted that in the coming years, the authorities will also attempt to sell 58 properties that will transition from 2026. An additional 10 properties will be added to the privatization program for the first time.
