      In the survey, representatives of companies from Kirov participated. 26% of employers stated that they consider such candidates. 11% are ready to accept them within the framework of a general competition, while 15% make exceptions from time to time. Most often, the decision depends on the position the applicant is applying for, or they are offered a position lower than their previous level. 47% of respondents categorically do not hire those who were dismissed for cause. The greatest loyalty to such candidates is shown by companies in the transport and logistics sector, retailers, and industrial enterprises — areas experiencing a severe shortage of personnel. Government institutions, including educational and medical organizations, almost always refuse.
