The document states that the revenues of the regional budget in 2026 will increase by 2.52 billion rubles, mainly due to tax revenues. Expenditures for 2026 will rise by 980 million rubles, while in 2027 they will decrease by 584.7 million rubles, and in 2028 by 512.2 million rubles.
As a result, the deficit of the regional budget in 2026 will decrease by 1.54 billion rubles and will amount to 1.14 billion rubles. A surplus is expected in 2027-2028 (1.33 and 4.28 billion rubles, respectively).
