In Kirov, three young men with a knife and an object resembling a gun broke into an apartment.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kirov region, a 26-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man contacted the police. According to the victim, three strangers came to her home at night. They were armed with a knife and an object resembling a gun.
Threatening the woman with violence dangerous to her life and health, the attackers entered the apartment and demanded that she hand over all her money. Fearing for her life, the owner gave them 40,000 rubles.
After that, the criminals demanded that the woman call a friend and invite him to the apartment. When the young man arrived, the attackers also took his money — 16,000 rubles.
Police officers identified the suspects and detained them. They turned out to be three young men aged 26, 23, and 19. The object resembling a gun was seized from one of the suspects and sent for examination.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspects for robbery committed by a group of individuals with illegal entry into a dwelling and the use of items used as weapons. All three have been placed in custody as a preventive measure.
Investigators are currently establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
