A man was brought to the Lenin District Court under administrative escort to consider a case of petty hooliganism (Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). In the courthouse, while waiting for the hearing and after it concluded, the man systematically violated the established order: he expressed himself rudely and profanely towards the bailiffs, ignoring their lawful demands to cease his unlawful actions. For this, the enforcement officer drew up three reports against him under Part 2 of Article 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure to comply with lawful demands of a bailiff). The court imposed administrative fines on the offender for each incident.
