      Yesterday, July 8, three fires occurred in the Kirov region. Two of them were reported by the regional emergency management agency.

      In the village of Lytka in the Afanasyevsky district, a two-apartment wooden residential house was engulfed in flames. The roof burned over an area of 128 square meters, part of the exterior wall was charred, as well as the walls, ceiling, and belongings in both apartments. Twelve emergency management and municipal fire service employees worked at the scene. The suspected cause is a short circuit in the electrical wiring.

      In the village of Pasegovo in the Kirovo-Chepetsk district, a private bathhouse was on fire. The flames destroyed the roof sheathing over an area of 15 square meters. Nine people fought the fire. The suspected cause is improper stove installation.
