The rights for 70 thousand turned into a restriction of freedom and treatment with a psychiatrist.

      The Prosecutor's Office of the Kirov Region reported the completion of judicial proceedings against a 33-year-old resident of the Arbazhsky District. The man was accused in a case of aiding in the production of a counterfeit driver's license, which grants the right to operate a vehicle.

      According to the case materials, in September 2025, the defendant contacted an unknown person via the internet and arranged for the creation of a fake driver's license. He provided the executor with his photograph and a monetary reward of 70,000 rubles.

      A few months later, on January 28, 2026, the man was driving a "VAZ 21102" and was stopped by inspectors on the Kirov - Vyatskie Polyany highway. During the document check, he presented the police officers with the very license that had been made at his request.

      The court, agreeing with the position of the state prosecutor, found the defendant guilty under Part 5 of Article 33 and Part 2 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (aiding in the forgery of a license for the purpose of using it). The imposed punishment was 8 months of restriction of freedom. Additionally, taking into account the specialists' conclusion about the presence of a mental disorder that did not exclude sanity at the time of the crime, the court imposed on the convicted person the obligation to undergo outpatient treatment with a psychiatrist.
