Monitoring of the application at 1:00 PM on July 9 showed that out of 14 gas stations displayed on the map, specific prices for gasoline are available at only two: No. 43006 on Shchorsa Street and No. 43003 on Pотребкооперации Street. There, the 92-octane costs 64.16 rubles, and the 95-octane costs 69.81 rubles.
At the other operational stations — for example, on Lepsa, Moskovskaya, Solnechnaya, Proizvodstvennaya, and on Sovetsky Trakt — the application shows only diesel fuel at 81.3 rubles. There is no gasoline there.
At the same time, three gas stations in the application have the status "Under Reconstruction": on Shchorsa Street (automated), Lenin Street, and Permskaya Street. Another one — on Vladimirskaia — is listed, but does not contain information about fuel prices. And this, as practice shows, is a sure sign that the station is not operational.
Drivers who went to the locations confirm: the gas stations on Vladimirskaia, Blukhiera, and Sovetsky Trakt are closed. Moreover, yesterday there was still diesel on Vladimirskaia — today there is none.
Thus, out of the entire list of operational gas stations with gasoline in the city, only two remain. And if yesterday there were huge queues forming on Vladimirskaia even for diesel, today that gas station has also closed. Now everyone — both owners of gasoline and diesel vehicles — is forced to go to the same two stations on Shchorsa and Pотребкооперации. The queues there are expected to be even more serious than the day before.
Earlier, we reported that in Kirov, people started selling their places in queues at gas stations — the price for "booking" reaches 1500–2000 rubles. Governor Sokolov stated at the operational headquarters about a 15-day fuel reserve and a ban on refueling in canisters, but no effective measures for regulating the queues have been proposed.

The others are either closed for reconstruction, only offer diesel, or simply do not display fuel prices — which in practice means that going there is pointless.
