A woman from the Kirov region was fined for insults in a parent chat.

      The Nolin District Prosecutor's Office conducted an investigation into offensive statements made in a parent chat. It was established that a 34-year-old local resident sent voice messages containing public insults towards another user during a conflict. The statements, according to the supervisory authority's conclusion, contradicted generally accepted norms of morality and ethics, and the very fact of their placement in a group chat had a public nature. The prosecutor's office initiated an administrative case under part 1 of article 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (insult). The court found the woman guilty and imposed a penalty in the form of a fine of 3,000 rubles.
