An employee of "Rostelecom" died in a car accident in the Slobodsky district.
In the Kirov region, an investigation has been initiated into an accident following a traffic incident involving employees of the Kirov branch of PJSC "Rostelecom." This was reported by the regional Labor Inspectorate.
The accident occurred on July 6 in the Slobodsky district. According to preliminary information, three company employees were traveling in a company vehicle. During the drive, a truck was swept onto the wet road, causing its trailer to enter the oncoming lane.
The driver of the company vehicle attempted to avoid a collision: he braked and pressed as close as possible to the road barrier, but was unable to avoid the impact.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the "Rostelecom" vehicle died at the scene. Two of his colleagues in the cabin sustained injuries.
According to Andrey Loginov, the deputy head of the State Labor Inspectorate for the Kirov region, a commission has been established to determine all the circumstances and causes of the incident. Following the investigation, a legal assessment of the incident will be provided.
