In Kirov, the procedure for repairing heating networks on Kazanskaya will be changed.
A meeting was held in the Kirov administration with representatives of the Kirov branch of PJSC "T Plus" and contracting organizations involved in the reconstruction of heating networks on Kazanskaya Street.
As reported by the utility company, work on the section from Morozovskaya Street to Soviet Street has already been completed. Traffic has been opened here, and the improvement of the pedestrian zone is currently ongoing. After this, the contractor plans to move on to the next stage — from Soviet Street to Profsoyuznaya Street.
The head of the Kirov administration, Vyacheslav Simakov, instructed to adjust the sequence of work. According to him, it is necessary to fully restore the section from Morozovskaya Street to MOPR Street first, and only then begin earthworks between MOPR and Truda Streets.
This approach will help maintain some access routes to Kazanskaya Street and reduce transportation inconveniences for city residents. In addition, contractors were reminded of the need to adhere to the deadlines specified in the permits for conducting work. Penalties are provided for violations.
Recall that earlier, the governor of the Kirov region, Alexander Sokolov, instructed city authorities to work on optimizing repairs so that excavations do not block traffic for a long time on one of the main bypasses of Lenin Street.
The reconstruction of heating networks on the section of Kazanskaya Street from Truda to Profsoyuznaya is the largest project of this year. More than a kilometer of pipes is planned to be replaced here, which should improve the reliability of heating supply to the historical part of Kirov. The work is being carried out as part of a concession agreement between the city administration and PJSC "T Plus."
