The Pobeda flight from Moscow to Kirov made an emergency landing in Perm.

      Today, around 11:00 local time, a plane performing flight DR6809 on the route Moscow – Kirov landed at Bolshoye Savino Airport. Instead of its destination, the aircraft of the airline "Pobeda" made an emergency landing in Perm. The reason for the change in course, as reported by the Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office, was a technical malfunction of one of the aircraft's systems.

      The supervisory agency emphasized that the landing was carried out in a routine manner. Nevertheless, the Perm Transport Prosecutor's Office has already organized supervisory measures regarding the incident.

      Currently, prosecutors are monitoring the rights of the passengers on the flight, and the situation is being monitored.       Earlier, we reported that in Kirov, after the runway repair, Pobedilovo Airport resumed operations — the first flight was received on July 1. The repairs had unexpected challenges: builders uncovered voids under the concrete due to groundwater, but ultimately laid 180,000 square meters of new surface. The runway is now capable of accommodating medium-haul aircraft, including Boeing 737 and A321.
