46 hectares of overgrown agricultural land were found near Kirov.
On June 30, specialists from the Rosselkhoznadzor administration for the Kirov region, Udmurtia, and Perm Krai conducted an on-site inspection of six agricultural land plots near the village of Buldaki in Kirov. The total area of the inspected territories was 46.65 hectares. According to the agency, all plots were found to be completely overgrown with perennial weeds, shrubs, and woody vegetation. At the same time, the land is not being used for its intended purpose. According to the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the owners of these plots include both private individuals and legal entities. The Rosselkhoznadzor reminded that owners and users of agricultural land are obliged to maintain them in proper condition, prevent overgrowth, and take measures to preserve soil fertility. Following the inspection, specialists recorded signs of violations of land legislation. Warnings will be sent to the landowners requiring them to rectify the violations.
