The square on Yurovskaya Street has started to be landscaped.

      The specialists of the landscaping department have begun greening the square on R. Yurovskaya Street. First, soil was brought to the site, and then maples, rowans, and spiraea shrubs were planted. Flowerbeds with sage, reed grass, and catnip were also created here.

      As explained by the city administration, all projects are coordinated with utility companies before planting. This is necessary to ensure that trees and shrubs do not damage underground communications.

      In the fall, pines and firs are planned to be planted in the square. Specialists note that coniferous trees take root better at this time.

      Let us remind you that last year the square was improved under the program "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment." Children's and sports playgrounds, gazebos, swing benches, and pedestrian paths with lighting were added here.

      Greening is also ongoing in other areas of the city. Trees have already been planted on Vorovskogo and Lenina Streets, as well as in Gagarin Park. In the near future, new flowerbeds and green plantings will appear in Marshal Konev Square, at the intersection of Surikova and Kalinina Streets, and on Levitan Street.
